Top Rated EventMobi Alternatives
I used the EventMobi App during the GO WEST 25 conference, and it was super simple to operate and had all the information I needed at my fingertips. I even set up meetings with other delegates, which allowed me to spend quality time chatting with them.
Setting up and getting my personal information into my profile was super easy. It integrated well with my iPhone so that I could use previous photos to update my profile. It even sent me notifications for the following sessions. This part is quite essential, as there was so much going on that I needed the reminders.
I used the app for almost all my sessions, but it wasn't intrusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem I had was that When I closed the app, it made me log in every time. I wish I could just stay logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EventMobi is a wonderful platform for members to utilize during their event. The scheduling and descriptions of events made life and coordination easier to navigate than other platforms I have used. The reminders of chosen events was a complete game changer! I didn't feel like I had to be glued to my phone or the app to ensure I made it on time for lecture, I could enjoy my time and be present in the moment of experience! I cannot think of any negative points. Maybe a stronger reminder of a scheduled event 15 minutes prior to that event? An automatic alarm of some type to audibly override a silenced phone? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've enjoyed using EventMobi at GO WEST for the past 4 years, most recently at GO WEST 25. I like how easy it is to use, that it can be updated in real time if a speaker or room number changes, and that you can connect with other attendees right in the app. The in-app polls were quite fun as well. There isn't anything I disliked about the app. I appreciated that I always had all the information I needed throughout the conference right at my fingertips. I suppose before the conference begins, it would be nice to have a web version since that would be easier for me to go through all the session descriptions, particularly for the breakouts. I have been to all the Go West Conferences and I really enjoy using the EventMobi app for the past few years. It is very easy to use and I like the way you can select your own agenda, get up to date info and conect with people fast. In past years they have also done some gamification which I really enjoyed :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the badge making a bit slow.
I am hoping that I may be able to use it for a future event that has some complex asks and I am hoping that EventMobi will be able to fulfill my needs and it doesn't come at too high a cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used EventMobi for several client events and have had a great experience. I love the activity feed feature to share photos as the conference is taking place. We also really enjoyed the push notifications in case plans changed and we needed to notify everyone at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike, I found the app a great resource for our conference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EventMobi is user friendly for both the attendee, but also for the planner that is setting up the mobile app on the backend. It offers multiple ways to for attendees onsite to connect with each other, speakers, and exhibitors. If you need assistance, the customer support is readily available, or you can review their resource center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Disklikes of EventMobi app would be the badge printing side, if you opt to print yourself. I recommend going through EventMobi if you are going to have custom badges with the QR code for scanning by exhibitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was able to find all of my session that I signed up for and to get real time updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no issues with the app, it was a benefical tool during my first ESPA conference Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the places for file downloads of reference materials and the abolity to submit questions and upvote those questions in the Q&A sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX for the file downloads was tricky and I had to work around to get it to work. This was on an iphone. I ended up having to use the phone mirroring on my apple laptop and airdrop the pdfs onto the desktop. I was not able ot open the PDFs from the phone directly. It is such a time saver that the breakout sessions at ESPA 2025 Annual Conference were automatically selected based on my online selection process, very efficient and it allowed me to know where I was headding next. The Q&A feature was much better used this year allowing everyone to have an announomus voice for questions through the app. I think there was better uptake as our moderators did not have microphones for questions from the floor this year - all questions were filtered through the app and the auience was able to vote on the questions they wanted answered. It would be great if the agenda automatically took you to the current time instead of having to scroll through the sessions. I also had a bit of a problem with the activity feed, it stopped loading on my phone. It would be really nice to be able to share videos on here too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is one of the better apps I've used for a conference. I loved everything about it from the attendee list, agenda, information in the agenda, the handouts, the list goes on.
Mostly I liked the ability to ask questions in the app. It seemed to save time during sessions instead of waiting for people to raise their hands or pausing. We could ask questions throughout and they would get asked. It was also great to ask it when I thought of it, instead of waiting until the end so I didn't forget.
I also liked the ability to message attendees. I was able to connect with someone that I hadn't connected yet to in a unique way as we found something in common.
The announcements were also very helpful to keep us in the loop and on time.
Normally, I'm a paper person when it comes to conferences so I can print out the descriptions of the sessions but this had everything!
The activity feed was fun too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only issue, and maybe it was my settings, but unless I was in the app, I didn't get a notification for the announcements. I did get them when I received a message from another person. I looked at my notifications and they all seemed to be on so I may have missed something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eventmobi is one of the most user friendly conference apps I have used. I like how you never have to re-login and the app always pulled up right away with no buffering or reloading required. It was very intuitive when using it and going through the agenda and again never buffered when I was using it. I also liked how all of the sessions I signed up for were already in my agenda and I didn't have to add them myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say finding the app was the hardest part but other than that no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
