What do you like best about evaluagent?

What do you like best about evaluagent?

I like that evaluagent is easy to pull reports, do evaluations, has features which enables easy ways of working. I like the coaching feature of evaluagent as well which allows us to keep eveything on one platform for better navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

appears they are marking off/failing agents on things that are in fact being completed, and when you challenge it, they don't change it, which lowers QA scores for wording and things being completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
