What do you like best about evaluagent?

I had no idea what to expect when I took on this training, but all my expectations were surpassed.

The onboarding sessions were well organised and give you time to explore before moving on to the next session (5 in all). There were also a few exercises to complete before each session (recommended a week apart). This platform does a lot more than just evaluate calls or emails etc. Every small detail has been well thought of, from creating your point scorings to your scorecards, how often you want to evaluate your agents to allowing feedback, awarding agents, creating autowork queues (choosing sample calls for you based on certain criteria), 1:1 sessions and much more. To be honest, I can't wait to get started and I believe my agents will find this platform really useful. This really is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
