What do you like best about evaluagent?

I like the dashboard page, the colorful graphics make it easy to see my QA statistics at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate if you don't acknowledge the QA immediately, QA sometimes hides and I end up needing to get help finding it when I'd like to be able to access unacknowledged reports easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

I really enjoy the dashboard and how easy it is to start a new evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

The login process. If you leave it open and the page logs you out, you will not be able to log in, as a time-out error will be displayed. The login process is also on two different pages: one for the username and one for the password. It would be a better experience to have both on one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
