What do you like best about evaluagent?

Evaluagent Helps to easily track trends, improvements, and opportunities for contact center team members. I'm able to drill into the grows and glows for each of my team members each month and use that to ensure continuous progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

The evaluation reporting dates can be confusing. Instead of listing the scorecard date as that of when it was completed it would be helpful to have the date listed as that of the actual interaction. Otherwise, I think the platform itself is well-rounded and effective in creating a place to review the quality of phone interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

Being able to track my progress is really nice, and the points/auction system is a great engagement tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

The only thing is having to acknowledge the whole assesment and the individual remarks separately, especially because you see the individual remarks when acknowledging the complete assesment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

Evaluagent is most helpful to me because I am able to keep records for all of my employess in one spot. Whether it's for meetings or just doing QA's Evaluagent makes it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Evaluagent is that you are able to delete some records that may have been added in error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

I like that it displays agent data in a relatively easy to digest format, in an aesthetically pleasing way.

It allows me to go through all my evaluations in a short number of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

There are many sub-pages and tabs that perhaps are not quite relevant towards the scope of my job and/or performance, and it can be a little confusing when trying to acknowledge all my evaluations.

Sometimes, I find that evaluations can get "stuck" -- as in, you acknowledge them from the notification end, but it is still showing as unresolved on a different page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

You get visual dashboards of how well you are performing and feedback from your managers about what you are doing right and what you could improve with valuable feedback. You are also able to question the feedback and dispute it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not be able to see what specifically you were docked points for -example, if "all information wasn't provided to assist the caller", I would like for it to include what specific information wasn't included so that we have a better idea & can improve going forward. What do you like best about evaluagent?
