Etailinsights Pros and Cons

I've been using Etailinsights for 8-9 years. I use it all the time as it's very easy to navigate. I have also used the research capabilities when I have a new lead that isn't already in the database. The data. It's simply not accurate. Org charts show people no longer with an organization. Phone numbers are generic 800#s. Revenue, employees, sales etc are all off by a large % in my experience.

In bringing this to the attention of my account rep and the CEO, they stood behind their software and reminded me of my multi-year agreement signed by my predessors.
