We've been with etailinsights since its beginnings and continue to find it to be the best source for e-commerce sales leads. Whether a Sales Rep initially finds a lead in etailinsights, or refers to etailinsights for additional contact details for a lead they found elsewhere, it's the go-to source for our Team. They are constantly improving the tool and have added several features over the years that have made it even more helpful to our Team. And the customer support we receive is top notch! eTail Insights provided a single, easy-to-use interface to identify new prospects and monitor competitors that helped our business development team better qualify leads and identify net new opportunities.

Rather than leveraging multiple services (built with / similar web / d&b), eTail insights provided all of these services or variations of these services to us conveniently- both for our salespeople and for our procurement/supplier management department.

Lastly, the support has been hands-on and helpful. Our account representative has helped not only with basic user setup requests but has also been an active partner in helping our team conduct competitive research and imagine unique ways to use their tools. The only downsides of the service is that the revenue estimates for online businesses could use some improvements. There are multiple instances where revenue estimates are off by a significant margin in either direction. Over time, with more information this should improve and would make prospecting even easier.
