What do you like best about ESO EHR?

Easy to learn, easy to use, clear and concise reports produced from data entry. Constant improvement by corporate. The ability to extract data improves day by day and it's usable!!!!! HDE is the bomb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

Nothing right now. As an admin, the learning curve is much steeper and I am unaware of many of the capabilities in ESO EHR and Fire. I need about a month-long academy to do nothing but ESO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

The software provides a seamless transition between multiple devices, including tablets, laptops, and desktops. You can import all facets of the monitoring done on a patient during transport in one easy solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

I wouldn't say I like that if the software passes an update time, it shuts the desktop application down. It then requires an uninstall, reinstalls, and reconnection to fully reactivate the software for use. It can be hard to do while crews are in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ESO EHR:

If you plan to do multiple places and types of work, this might be for you. It has a desktop version compatible with Windows and a web version. There is also an excellent administration to control access and perform all the person's functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our current 911 crews better transitions between taking care of an emergency call and completing charts. It also syncs better with the counties that use this software to keep track of the type of work completed for analytics. It has faster install times and is less cumbersome to get up and run.
