ERPNext has everything that a business needs, I like the Workflow Feature the most as you can get rid of papers and can manage the workflow easily within the ERPNext. The vendor support, most of the vendors has no or very basic knowledge of ERPNext, I had to struggle and guide them even understanding the basic business logic was a problem. Because the ERP world as a whole fails at UX, this isn't an insurmountable problem. ERPNext documentation does also not task or use case-based and can be somewhat technical at times.

EPRNext is one of the best open source ERP. It has both paid as well free options. Paid one starts from Rs 750 up to Rs 2000 which is quite expensive for small and new businessman.
