I also appreciate ERPNext's flexibility in integrations; it can connect with almost any other system if APIs are available, which is crucial for businesses with indispensable in-house tools. Additionally, I find the pricing model appealing; ERPNext only charges hosting fees based on storage required on the Frappe Cloud rather than the number of users, which was cost-effective for a client with over 500 employees. ERPNext is an open-source tool, which means the standard package has little to offer unless customized. This can be a downside since businesses need some level of customization to use it effectively. Because of this, there's a heavy reliance on technical partners or coders, and if they aren't thoroughly vetted, they can be ineffective. The best things which I like about ERPNext are:

ERPNext does not have many things which are to be disliked, as sooner or latter there is a solution to these problems.

For Example, I really used to dislike the data entry process in table of order, invoice or other such documents but with the recent v15 release that pain that been resolved.

Now we can upload the line items from an excel file directly into the table without hectic navigation.

ERPNext has everything that a business needs, I like the Workflow Feature the most as you can get rid of papers and can manage the workflow easily within the ERPNext. The vendor support, most of the vendors has no or very basic knowledge of ERPNext, I had to struggle and guide them even understanding the basic business logic was a problem. Frappes ERP Next is open source and we are able customize ourselves, Very flexible .

DB backup can easily be imported and exported to other machines.
