Eploy has supported our recruitment significantly. In the last 18 months, we've seen a huge improvement in applicant quantity and quality which has really helped in achieving our hiring targets. A real benefit of eploy is that our whole recruitment journey from application to employee is in one place, candidates complete all their onboarding forms through eploy and our integration with our HRIS means conversion is simple. Eploy is very intuitive with our hiring managers also commenting its ease of use. Customer support is fantastic, super responsive and knowledgeable, can't be faulted.
The best thing about eploy is how customisable it is and how we as the customer can amend things to suit our processes and ongoing improvements without cost or involvement from eploy. As with every system, there can be improvements. However, Eploy are always open to suggestions, include us as their customer in their plans, and ask for insight and advice from us as the users of the system.
