What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy has supported our recruitment significantly. In the last 18 months, we've seen a huge improvement in applicant quantity and quality which has really helped in achieving our hiring targets. A real benefit of eploy is that our whole recruitment journey from application to employee is in one place, candidates complete all their onboarding forms through eploy and our integration with our HRIS means conversion is simple. Eploy is very intuitive with our hiring managers also commenting its ease of use. Customer support is fantastic, super responsive and knowledgeable, can't be faulted.

The best thing about eploy is how customisable it is and how we as the customer can amend things to suit our processes and ongoing improvements without cost or involvement from eploy. What do you dislike about Eploy?

As with every system, there can be improvements. However, Eploy are always open to suggestions, include us as their customer in their plans, and ask for insight and advice from us as the users of the system.

Implementation was more involved than anticipated but was worth it as it meant we could build the system as we wanted and then knew how to fix/amend things in the future if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The system continues to support our growth. We have managed to build it automated pre interview screening forms, scoring and automated rejections for candidates that dont meet key criteria.

We have also build bespoke applications for various types of role and automated engagment with draft canddiate that is more bespoke.

The system also has the capability to further enhance our recruitment, as an example we are currently recording bespoke onboarding videos from the line manager of various roles and locations.

Furthermore we have launched our new payroll system and have fully automated our integration.

I would fully support exploring this system as with the right training and guidance, like we had from Nicola and Alex the opportunties are incredible.

We have a strong support from the helpdesk when trying to build new functions and capabilites. In addition the sipport from our accoutn manager Emma has been the most supportive manager i have had across various platforms and systems in my career.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Fantastic once you have set it up, the widgets on the home page provide informative data for the relevant areas you would like it to report on. Also love that the widgets are customisable. From a candidate perspective, the application process is efficient and allows you to consent to receive job alerts which is great and also consent from a GDPR perspective. Ideal that the whole recruitment and onboarding process can be done in one system.

The onboarding module for candidates to upload relevant compliance documents and references is super user friendly and straight forward and great to receive everything in one place. The reference module is super, quick and easy to use and love the auto reminders that get sent and the reference widgets to see what has been requested, received and expired.

The hiring manager portal is easy to use, again with customisable widgets and it was implemented smoothly upon role out to the business. Daisy was SO helpful during the build, she went above and beyond and always scheduled additional time if required to understand various areas of the system in more detail to ensure that the new system would be implemented seamlessly with minimal teething problems. The after care team are fab, super quick to come back to you with solutions and more often than not, the query is answered in on response which is amazing!!

Prior to us utilising the full potential of Eploy, I would simply use it for receiving applications for vacancies. Now, I couldn't be without it, I use Eploy every day for all aspects of the recruitment process and love that you learn new things every week. Once you take the time to understand the system, it is easy to use with some fab features to make your live in recruitment SO much easier and more enjoyable.

The team are great, shout out to Annabel our lovely Account Manager, Jordan who delivered the software training to the team and of course the wonderful Daisy made integration of the new system as easy and smooth as it possibly could have been.
