What do you like best about Eploy?

We chose Eploy due to its functionality, ability to be moulded to our business structure and model both now and in the future, ease of use for the recruitment team, hiring managers, candidates and agencies, and allowed us to create bespoke recruitment processes for our various candidate markets. Since implementation we have introduced the Employee Referral Portal module, and we are now exploring further enhancments with integrations and the potential of the API key. What do you like best about Eploy?

What do you dislike about Eploy?

As a hiring manager you can type when searching for a location, which is great! However, as an admin you need to scroll through the list to find the location which can be time consuming so it would be great to have the option to type into the search bar the same way you can as a hiring manager. What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eploy keeps all candidates in one pipeline, making it simpler to refer back to pipelines for each vacancy. You can use Eploy for the full recruitment journey from reviewing the candidates application all the way through to creating the placement, it is very helpful and convenient to have this all integrated into one system. I find EPloy to be clear and very simple to use. It's highly customizable and efficient and the customer support provided from EPloy is excellent. "Simple and User friendly"

What do you like best about Eploy?

I like the fact that it has easy searching functions, it is user friendly, you can move things and change things ( As a Super Admin)

It has excellent functions to provide and create reporting channels through easy to set up "widgets" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

As a recruiter there are some issues with the integration to various job boards we use so the need to keep changing what is published so can be time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me considerably as my Hiring Managers can raise vacancies and get them out to market for advertising very quickly, the applicant tracking and moving candidates through the process is simple and automated and raising the offers efficient.

It has a huge range of options when wanting to look/report on data & metrics to help improve your recruitment efforts.

"Easy to navigate and simple to use."

The system is easy to navigate and simple to use when supplying to the masses of managers. As a Super User, the reporting and ability to create widgets to find what you need is brilliant, for adhoc reporting. The support and training from Eploy has been amazing, with numerous in depth sessions tailored to what you as a team/company want to get from Eploy. What do you like best about Eploy?

I have been head of recruitment at orbis 6 months and when I first started eploy was not being fully utilised and I initially thought it couldnt do much. After attending training I see the possibilities of eploy and I love it. There are so many ways you can streamline the recruitment process using eploy, which I love. "Eploy at M Group"

What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy continues to support our growth as a business. It allows the freedom and flexibility to customise fields, forms and candidate journeys. The success team are very quick to responding to requests and if it is not possible noted for future developments.
