What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy translates a complicated business process (recruitment and onboarding) into a simple, easy to use system. We have done a bespoke process with Eploy in our business where each of our 15 sites manages onboarding directly. Although this isn't how Eploy was designed, the easy to use dashboard functionality and workflow management has made this possible.

A big part of the success of Eploy for me personally is the support desk service - from all the systems we use in our organisation I like Eploy the best because the responses are always in a quick timescale, the content of the responses are always useful and the team go above and beyond to offer a call should we need any furhter support. It's because of this I speak highly of the Eploy service and use them as an example when speaking to other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

As a member of IT I don't use the system day to day. If I had to pick something, I'd say that the report functionality that's built into Eploy isn't that easy to understand or use. We pull data into SQL from Eploy's database for report purposes, but I didn't find the built in reporting structure easy, so this could perhaps do with some development time. What do you like best about Eploy?

The integration of Eploy is seamless, easy, structured, and professional. A dedicated Integrations Manager on hand to support you throughout your build and to ensure you remain on track with your project. The system is user friendly and offers incredible features from Dashboards, Widgets, Metrics, Data and much more. We have been using this system for 2 years now and to date have had zero issues or complaints. The success team are so efficient, no question is missed, and they really do stick to their SLA agreement. This system has catered for small recruitment campaigns to high volume, multi-site recruitment. Regular updates with your account manager to ensure we are utilising the full potential of the system. Eploy integrates with so many 3rd party systems and offers everything from a smooth application process to a fully automated onboarding process. We as a team have moved away from legacy old paper-based ways of working to a fully automated system and we haven’t looked back. What do you like best about Eploy?

Firstly the ease of dashboards and widgets make navigation and quick reviews very easy and accesible. Its a great ATS even within larger organisations such as ours. Eploy Support is always very quick and responsive as are the dedicated account managers who are always on hand to support. There isn't a back button where you go back to the job screen from the pipeline view (unless I have missed it). There is an easy workaround though. It would also be handy to have a dated snapshot for KPI's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a 'back' button so when navigating to the pipeline from a vacancy it should be signified by an orange banner. Within the banner it will show the vacancy and you can click on the 'eye' icon. Can we offer some assistance with the widgets and snapshot for KPI's? Our customer success team would be able to help with this.

What do you like best about Eploy?

I find the Eploy account management team and customer success team one of the best things about working with Eploy. They are very responsive and very quick to sort out any issues we might have - even if it is something simple - they will talk you through how to complete the task at hand. What do you like best about Eploy?

The systems itself is one of the most intuative and easy to manage with great options for personalisation. The reporting capabilities are second to none. I have worked on many ATS's and can genuinly say that I would gladly impliment Eploy again. The success team are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always super quick at responding to queries whilst also educating you on how to do stuff differently in the future.
