Eploy translates a complicated business process (recruitment and onboarding) into a simple, easy to use system. We have done a bespoke process with Eploy in our business where each of our 15 sites manages onboarding directly. Although this isn't how Eploy was designed, the easy to use dashboard functionality and workflow management has made this possible.
A big part of the success of Eploy for me personally is the support desk service - from all the systems we use in our organisation I like Eploy the best because the responses are always in a quick timescale, the content of the responses are always useful and the team go above and beyond to offer a call should we need any furhter support. As a member of IT I don't use the system day to day. If I had to pick something, I'd say that the report functionality that's built into Eploy isn't that easy to understand or use. We pull data into SQL from Eploy's database for report purposes, but I didn't find the built in reporting structure easy, so this could perhaps do with some development time.
