A great advantage is that Skilo is so intuitive and easy to use that employees and the staff managing the platform quickly begin to use it in a very easy and intuitive way and benefit from it. It is a cloud-based application so that everyone can access it at any time, from any location, and from any device. You need to have greater control over all the information related to your employees in order to manage the platform.
