What do you like best about Envisia Learning?

Team has great attitude towards work, it has become positive work environment, It's open door policy which encourages team members to reach out and communicate more openly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Envisia Learning?

You can wrap 360-degree feedback in pretty colors and pawn it off as almost a self-help project. That’s bunk. 360-degree feedback is the grown-up version of a horrible game played in middle schools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Envisia Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

A 360 performance review measures employee performance typically using feedback from six to 12 people. It also includes an employee self-evaluation to provide a comprehensive look at an employee’s efficiency, productivity, contributions and work behavior. Unlike typical performance reviews exchanged between a manager and employee, 360-degree feedback allows the employee to learn what their strengths and weaknesses are from people they regularly interact with.

It actually helps in accessing detailed client insights including detailed profiles , their behaviour, preferences and even past interactions. Also, it integrates smoothly with popular CRM systems which reduces redundancy. It also offers automation features like notifications and task reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Envisia Learning?

The tool is great but initially setting it up is a bit complex and time consuming process. Also, there are very limited indistry specific modules which are personalized in nature. Costing might also be a concern for a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
