What do you dislike about Envisia Learning?

You can wrap 360-degree feedback in pretty colors and pawn it off as almost a self-help project. That’s bunk. 360-degree feedback is the grown-up version of a horrible game played in middle schools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Envisia Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

A 360 performance review measures employee performance typically using feedback from six to 12 people. It also includes an employee self-evaluation to provide a comprehensive look at an employee’s efficiency, productivity, contributions and work behavior. Unlike typical performance reviews exchanged between a manager and employee, 360-degree feedback allows the employee to learn what their strengths and weaknesses are from people they regularly interact with.

It actually helps in accessing detailed client insights including detailed profiles , their behaviour, preferences and even past interactions.
