"Each agent in my team makes almost 1000 calls a month and we used to listen to only a handful of calls earlier due to shortage of time. Enthu gives my supervisors 100% visibility of my calling team and the levels of quality that they are maintaining.
Enthu also saves a lot of time for us. My quality folks evaluate more conversations at the same time while I occasionally pitch in whenever I spot an opportunity. "Gives me a 360 degree view of my entire voice team. The dashboards offer data at team level and I have the option to drill down to agent/call level analysis. Enthu's evaluation and coaching module is particulary amazing as it generates insights for every single agent, resulting in quick decision making for agent training.

The people behind Enthu.ai have always been responsive to any of my concerns or asks. They understand me as a primary user and what we’re trying to do as a company. The sentiments are all based on keywords you select. This can trigger some faulty data. The ability to see the scores on calls quickly makes it super easy to weed through the data though so this is a small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not just that, my clients also have much better visibility of the service I am providing to them, all backed by data and stats. Seems like the process to get Zoom connected to Enthu is a bit complicated, but this is not the fault of the tool, the other tools I tried were just as complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- High levels of accuracy on call transcriptions (primary requirement we had of any service)
- Strong word recognition and tagging tied into custom-built feedback forms make QA more effective
- Quick and effective integrations on all systems we use (we required Aircall and HubSpot integrations)
- Support team and company leadership that helps accommodate one-off requests and bug fixes
- Pricing plan that accommodates large sales team separate from QA staff (i.e. adding QA members is not a tough pricing decision to make)

- As a newer tech-forward company, some features require ongoing improvements when rolled out or integrations can require some troubleshooting. That said, we have never had an issue that was not quickly resolved, and most problems have resulted from the integration partner, not Enthu.
