What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

"Each agent in my team makes almost 1000 calls a month and we used to listen to only a handful of calls earlier due to shortage of time. Enthu gives my supervisors 100% visibility of my calling team and the levels of quality that they are maintaining.

Enthu also saves a lot of time for us. My quality folks evaluate more conversations at the same time while I occasionally pitch in whenever I spot an opportunity. 1. Scaling up our call monitoring and evaluation process. We had a process in place but it was all manual. Using Enthu, we are processing more calls in the same amount of time.

2. Enthu is a big help when it comes to agent coaching. We have moved away from excel sheets and used the insights generated by Enthu.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

"As part of the rev ops teams, my goal is to look out for revenue impacting opportunities within our conversations. These insights are then given back to the agents as part of coaching and training.

I extensively use the filtering feature of ENthu to find meaningful conversations and jump directly to the parts that I want to listen to (e.g. customer dissatisfaction, requests for refunds, competitor comparisons, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities; and so on). What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

"Gives me a 360 degree view of my entire voice team. The dashboards offer data at team level and I have the option to drill down to agent/call level analysis. Enthu's evaluation and coaching module is particulary amazing as it generates insights for every single agent, resulting in quick decision making for agent training.

"We have reduced our churn by almost 20%, thanks to the timely capture of signals by Enthu. That was our primary use case when we started.

It helps me do my job as a Quality Assurance Specialist, makes it easy for me to capture qualitative and quantitative feedback to determine and analyze the areas that need improvement. The people behind Enthu.ai have always been responsive to any of my concerns or asks. They understand me as a primary user and what we’re trying to do as a company. It minimizes the need of using other tools for tracking and reporting. What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

It's so fascinating that a tool like this can capture and analyze hundreds of our calls per day. Such capability is making my work very easy as I can have an idea what are our team's strengths and opportunities at a single glance. Definitely a time-saver!

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

Enthu was primarily commissioned to automate our sales coaching process. As a sales head, I am always time-pressed to listen to converations, and Enthu has made my work easy.

I have witnessed significant improvement in our agent conversations with better customer discovery & probing, need understanding, and solution pitching.

The sentiments are all based on keywords you select. This can trigger some faulty data. The ability to see the scores on calls quickly makes it super easy to weed through the data though so this is a small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The software helps me have a transparent view of my call center business. Not just that, my clients also have much better visibility of the service I am providing to them, all backed by data and stats. Enthu gives us trackable parameters so that my agents can have targets and metrics in place to do their very best. Our average call handle time has reduced by over 40% within 3 months of incorporating Enthu, while we meet 100% of our SLA of wait time.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The onboarding was the best I have ever experienced with any product I have used. The Enthu team made sure we got everyone connected, very hands-on. The product also sees regular feature improvements which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

Seems like the process to get Zoom connected to Enthu is a bit complicated, but this is not the fault of the tool, the other tools I tried were just as complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

- High levels of accuracy on call transcriptions (primary requirement we had of any service)

- Strong word recognition and tagging tied into custom-built feedback forms make QA more effective

- Quick and effective integrations on all systems we use (we required Aircall and HubSpot integrations)

- Support team and company leadership that helps accommodate one-off requests and bug fixes

- Pricing plan that accommodates large sales team separate from QA staff (i.e. adding QA members is not a tough pricing decision to make)

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

- As a newer tech-forward company, some features require ongoing improvements when rolled out or integrations can require some troubleshooting. That said, we have never had an issue that was not quickly resolved, and most problems have resulted from the integration partner, not Enthu.
