Setting up employee surveys were never easier - having a questions bank to help you navigate on the attritbutes that is meaningful to the company without having to search high and low for suitably phrased questions. Analytics and the assessment of individual profiles are helpful to not just the employees but also the employer to understand better at an org-wide or individual level.

Not a dislike, definitely. But more flexibility in the communications that are to be sent out to employees - templates are helpful but allowing adjustments, where required, can make it better. The platform provides a user-friendly dashboard that allows me to view overall engagement scores, performance indicators on factors that drive or influence engagement, including employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS). Apart from displaying data and information gathered from internal company surveys, EngageRocket conducts regular webinars to share data insights across various industries, offering good reference benchmark for me to gauge how my company has performed in relative terms. Platform is user friendly and for GROW, the leadership statements could be customised in addition the library of questions which are useful. In addition to onboarding, while it is easy to set up e.g. 360 surveys, it would be possible to provide an option for customers who would like some support to create the surveys in view of time and resources. Prior appointment of EngageRocket, we have assessed various reputable global providers. Whilst pricing did not differ greatly - EngageRocket stood out from the team, the product and the relevance to business needs. Extremely client centric, and they understand our business and people needs. Not a typical "vendor" in the market.
EngageRocket offerings is tailored for multiple stakeholder - from employees, managers, management and as well as board. Management dashboard is amazing. Most importantly, it is relevant to current market trend/business needs.

Less for my end. I envisage EngageRocket will often face questions from others on "industry norm" data - which I personally do not think this being relevant in an engagement survey.

We experienced an issue with the timely sending of reports, although I was impressed with the way that episode was handled. Responsibility was taken, senior management was notified and I was left feeling assured that the same thing wouldn't happen again.
