Parman Energy implemented Scanco Dashboard and Scanco Warehouse 100 scanner mobile software for our ERP system to find out the Varience of our products that we can ship to our customers. Both products, Scanco Dashboard and Warehouse 100 is easy to use and easy to intergrate into our ERP System.
The other great thing about Scanco is the customer service, and the support team that handles Scanco Dashbaord and warehouse 100. If you have any issues with the software and create a ticket saying "production down" you will get help ASAP and they will help you find a developer to figure out the issue on your system. We were looking for a software that didn't require more complexity than we as a company were looking for. We were looking to add automation and control to our warehousing process, and Scanco did just that, without requiring us to use more advanced functionality. We were clear with the Scanco team at the start of the project that we wanted to take steps in this direction, with jumping "all in" and completely disrupting all of our processes. The team listened, and delivered a product that did just that. The training was organized, but during each session allowed for us to customize to what we needed to cover for our exact process. Overall we have had a very positive experience with Scanco. Our team members have had the opportunity to work with a variety of ERP and WMS, and compared to other systems the Scanco product seems less advanced. The most helpeful part of the Scanco Software is the easy to use, user friendly experience it adds to Sage 100. It makes the modules of Sage 100 mobile and more user friendly with the use of the handhelds and software. The biggest downside of Scanco is just the intial set-up. Because it acts as the catch for your Sage system there is just an initial install process that is definitely laborsome but they help you through that and make sure you're set to use all it has to offer.
