This is the 3rd rebate management system that we have attempted to roll out. It is capable of doing everything that we have thrown at it and while certain components are still in beta, the base programs and reporting are advanced enough to handle our very complex rebate deals. It has also been nice to work with a company continuing to improve their product and we have enjoyed being part of that process and making input into the improvements as part of the beta testing. Document storage for rebate agreements created outside of the system would be ideal. For our first year of use, obviously we didn't write the deals using the software, so there is nothing stored. Also, for future years, I anticipate there will never be a time when 100% of the agreements are started by our team and signoffs stored, so it might be good to consider a way to store documents. Least helpful is level of canned analytical tools. An abundance of data is stored but it's very difficult to consume. A lot of outside tools have to complement the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
