What do you like best about Enable?

it helps keep a track of your rebates and the approval process so you can keep upto date, it does make things simplar for cusotmers to be able to apprvoe electronically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

have been using Enable for several monthsnow, and I have found it to be a powerful and versatile tool for rebate management. Here are some of the things I like best about Enable:

What do you like best about Enable?

The people! They supplied us with team members that knew their stuff. They listened to everything we had to say and then advised us on the best way to handle our needs. Once requirements were agreed upon and the implementation approach was aligned amongst the team members, we moved right into build and the system value was immediately recognized. Any time we had to revisit a topic, they were always patient and understanding until our team members understood the process. We met nearly ever week, reviewed features, and the team found the processes to track and manage rebates easy to understand and follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enable?

Would like to see a full set of API's to use for integration; however, we were able to take advantage of exports to accomplish what we required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

From what I have seen so far, its the ability to create new rebates terms, have these checked and signed off by another team member and then send them to the customers for signature. All this is tracked and visual. No more looking through sent emails to ensure you'e sent them or chasing your custoemr for signed copies. All the info is in one place and easy to read. What do you dislike about Enable?

Had a few problems with reports not picking up end of month invoices or credits. Struggling a bit to get started, as training could have been better - it was too fst and I've not beenable to play with a demo system to practice what I've learnt. Why don't Enable create a sandbox environment for us to test our skills before we are let lose on the live system? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The instruction document is extremtly helpful and easy to follow. I don't need to memorize anything which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

The Enable system is very different to what we are currently using, which is manual calculation, and Enable ensure all users are trained to use any part of the system they need/want to.

There is no onboard and leave you to your own devices, Enable are always checking in and making sure we are comfortable and happy with the service and are able to implement bespoke changes that suit our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enable?

During the onboarding there is system configuration and data entry that needs to be done.

As a busy company fitting this work in can be difficult. We have set the time aside for it though as in the long term Enable will save us time tenfold the amount we had to put into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

Enable when set up correctly gives a good deal of flexibility in terms of inputting the deals.

It is one of the more intuitive options in the market place so far.

The key is in the set up and this needs to be looked at from all angles within the business and not just a Financial one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Knowing the options, there are most things able to be done using the system, but to find out you have to ask.

What do you like best about Enable?

The simplicity in creating agreements and workflows and the auditing around the process. This has meant switching from the previous process has been easier to establish within the business and have achieved more engagement around it specifically on the customer agreement side.

The implementation into our core data has been challenging but the assitance from the support team on Enable's side has meant there is a working solution relatively swiftly in most cases.

There are enopugh features to cover off every style of rebate that's been thrown at it if anything more than we are familiar with so should cover us off for anything in the future.

Software is used daily and is fast becoming the main point to resolve issues around rebates within the business removing pinch points with internal applications that were used previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enable?

The integration has not been seamless and is still being worked on, there are improvements being delivered frequently that are improving this, most of the issues we're facing are around sheer volume of data being exchanged between our systems and Enable systems. This means we're not yet fully integrated but we are now close.

It would be good to be able to see all of the transactions that are driving aspects of deals that are not rebate earning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
