Tech is expensive, Enable is the number one rebate management company in the world. We rely on them to do our reporting and trust the accuracy. What do you like best about Enable?

Enable was able to develop a system for Cashbuild to assist with the funcunality of the following request:

* Automate calculation of all GRN's on Real Time. By doing so assisting with the forecast of what is expected at month end cashflow.

* Forecasting, assisting with planning and decision making of what cashflow that may be expected.

* Automated reporting

* Intergrating - Faster and not manually. All automated which assist with the intergration with a faster turn around time.

The system is very user friendly, we had to request for some changes, after proper training provided by Enable (Training manual) this was no issue to use.

Due to the Enable system we can now make use of it daily, or when required to give us a more accurate rebate number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enable?

Customer Support is a issue when trying to deal with any issue that may occur, this is due to timezone differces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enable has addressed a lot of Cashbuild challenges.

1. Accurate calculaiton. Calculaitons were based on header level. We did not drill down to what should be calculated and what should have been ignored. Enable system has now gone done to SKU level, calculating only rebates on the actual SKU that is needed. Therefor no more adjustments.

2. Invoices were missed due to Cashbuild "Month End" Cut off. The system that Cashbuild had in place would not pick up these missing dates and therefor we lost income. Where as Enable can cater for these missing dates.

3. Faster Intergration. Enable is based on Real Time. This assist us with getting a forecast of the rebates at any point of time. Where as we would have not have to with the old rebate system.

4. Manual reporting, Enable is now able to asssit us with automated reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is not built for high level rebate forecasting, there is lots of duplication and double counting.

The executive summary has no way or reporting YOY comparisons at program line level.

The earnings are not rounded to the correct number of decimal places and uses a '.' instead of a ',' ,they round up or down by £500 if lower than £1,000 or £500.

The program lines are clunky to set up and you have to remember all of the different steps to allocate them, they should just be created when in the program line and allocate automatically when you are in the specific suppliers trading program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

Simple and easy-to-use platform/UI. However, it can handle all the complexities of rebate calculations behind the scenes.

Having researched a number of rebate management solutions, we felt that Enable was the most advanced and best suited to our needs.

What do you dislike about Enable?

In the past, having more customisation with regards to reports and data exports was a downside. However, we've just signed up to their advanced reporting module, which should give us everything we were previously missing... and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enable?

i am just getting starting with Enable, and I am very excited to see how easy it is to use and how it will help me pay rebates faster and more accurately. I am excited to see how others in my organization feel about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now I am still learning, so I still don't know how everything works. I wish the rebate program lines could have effective dates at the customer level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

all our rebates were calcuated manually and if a rebate program changed from a prior year, i couldn't necessarily use the same file format for the next year, which meant i was starting from scratch.
