As an "I-9 Champion" in our office, I find it most helpful to have the ability to check for and resolve any incomplete cases, such as pending photo matches, TNCs, unconfirmed data, submission failures, and all other pending I-9 tasks under the I-9/E-Verify tab for all employees and not just one at a time. I use ABLE mostly for their onboarding features. Sending out documents electronically for our travelers to sign off on. The ease of assigning these documents is what I like best; it is just a few click and done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process of "building" the documents into ABLE is a long and manual process. I wasn't expecting to have to build in the forms myself but I guess that's how they save money when it comes to customer support. They have a training class to teach their clients how to build the forms in but, like myself, there isn't enough time in the day to sit and work on something this time consuming. We implemented Able for paperless onboarding right at the beginning of quarantine and the change from faxing/emailing paperwork to Able's paperless onboarding was incredible! It's easy, it's secure, and it was a gamechanger in our entire onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
