I don't like that it does not auto-load new rates for the renewal, I would like it to auto renew all information. I would like some more customizable reports. I want to include the data that I want and exclude the data that I don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease is so simple to use and is extremely user friendly in navigating the tabs and information you need. They also have carrier feeds for your vendors and COBRA support, which has made life so much easier. Our broker is able to login and do all of the work. I also love that it shows the employees how much their monthly premiums will be as they go, so nothing is a surprise when they get to the end of their enrollment. Honestly, there are no downsides. I know, every product has something that doesn't work, but for our needs, it has been a huge upgrade from our last BenAdmin system and I'm glad we switched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not everyone knows what Ease is so when they get sent the email they are a bit confused and I always get calls asking if it is legit. I wish there were more people who knew about Ease so it would make the employees feel a little more comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease it simple and straightforward. It lets me enter new employees or update their information including the job title, location, pay, etc. Our account manager also has access so we can work collaboratively on keeping our info current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The actual SUBMISSION of elections gets missed often by employees because it's after you are forced to leave a review. I think holding employees' information hostage to solicit a review is unethical, and it requires me to chase after them to go back in and start all over to get their elections done on time.
It isn't always intuitive where to find things, and I wish the help function was a little more useful and robust. I've used it enough years now that it isn't a huge deal, but sometimes finding what is needed should be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is my 3rd Open Enrollment using the Ease software and I cannot say enough good things about it. Much smoother than the process we had in place before. I like how user friendly the benefits enrollment process is. You can add your beneficiaries, and it gives you a running total on the side so you know how much it will cost you each month/pay period. As a benefit administrator, one thing I dislike is that some of the benefits are not completely set up with the carrier. For example, any benefits enrollments/terminations with Further have to be done by me. An EDI feed to each carrier would smooth the process out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked not having training on getting our payroll system data into EASE automatically when I started using it for the Company. I am sure now they do training and work with the clients payroll or HRIS provider but that was not offered when I first started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
