I can't really think of any downfalls to the website/app. I did have some employees that were waiving health insurance coverage that weren't sure why they had to put in so much personal information before waiving. I love it that I can just email the info direct to my new employees and they can do it not only at their leisure, but that it is all contained in one package.

Ease is such a great platform. It is user-friendly throughout all internet services, and employers/ employees love it. As an Insurance brokerage, it is essential to provide our clients with the best technology, which is all Ease. We use it with our smallest clients to our largest, and everyone loves it. Ease doesn't seem to sync with many HRIS. In example, we use BambooHR and even though Ease says the sync together, they do not. This means all data entry is duplicated for me when employees have benefit changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
