What do you like best about Ease?

The software is very Easy to Use and Manage. I appreciate how easy it is to upload the payroll deduction reports and how they easily reflect benefit enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

My only issue is the orientation/onboarding module is not as simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The staff seemed to have a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

It did not work. It took BenefitMall an extra week to move the enrollments to the carrier. I was extremely stressed. The staff have not received their card yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More on my last answer- not all forms made it to the carrier causing delays.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is the perfect name for the system because it's so EASY! We love how simple it is to add employees and create templates to send out to them during the open enrollment period. On top of the fact that it's integrated w/ our HRIS system and our COBRA provider! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Nothing so far. It's been fabulous to use! Everything is working properly as far as we can tell and our broker has done a great job training us! When we have questions it's very easy to ask and get answers. I would like to see that the COBRA stuff has been sent out if that's even possible since it's a separate entity. What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits admin is just so much easier to manage across the board with Ease. (common theme here) We are way more productive and spend less labor hours on ben admin now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
