Ease has been user-friendly; I've enjoyed learning how to use it. I love the convenience of sending employees emails with already created templates and reminding them to follow through on benefits enrollment. Support is responsive and helpful. I have also used Ease to enroll in my benefits, and I can say it is also easy to read and follow. Seeing benefit enrollment status and progress is also tremendous and visually appealing. A couple things I'd like to see is the addition of a list, maybe, of what employees still need to finish the enrollment process under the enrollment progress tab and possibly a "send reminder" option to make things a little faster. Also, the possible addition of insurance cards on employee's ease profile, that way the employee is easily able to access it, if lost, and also to request via Ease instead of having to call insurance carrier. The only thing I can say that I do not like is not having an option like "back to employee list" when in an employee's profile on ease. You have to click three times to get back to the list, and just adding this button would save us some clicks to make it a little easier to get our work done efficiently. There is no "applied for SSN" button for babies being added (or documented immigrants or alien residents, for that matter, when we have people working for us who may be from out of the country). I also don't love that we have to control the logins. We should be able to send it out and have people create their own account, and then we go in and validate their info after they do.
