Ease has an easy and intuitive platform. It's very easy to manage employees' profiles, see their benefits selections, and costs. Enrollment through the platform is simple and easy for employees. I've used Employee Navigator in the past, which worked a little better for making benefits selections on behalf of employees. I took me a while to figure out how to edit enrollments (for life events, moving states to new plans, etc) but I used the knowledge base and eventually figured it out. Coming from a firm that used paper for onboarding and enrollments, this platform is a lifesaver.
