What do you like best about Ease?

What do you dislike about Ease?

I don't think I dislike anything. I do just wish that the actual platform and all the documents could be accessible in Spanish. We have lots of Spanish reading and speaking employees so it would be nice. We do have a decline in enrollments due to them not being able to read the platform. Keeps all my benefits in one location. I like that I can log in and see all my employee's information what benefits they chose, and the cost of each in one spot. I can also load any documents I want my employees to access easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contribution amounts on the employee-facing side are tedious, but that is just currently a lack of experience setting up the functionality to view as one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

online enrollment is a huge thing. If EASE could get working relationships with the major carriers for enrollments outside of ancillary they will be the next apple or Amazon for benadmin systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to pay for things using 2 credit cards in an automated fashion - that's not possible currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

You can utilize different levels of their broad services and customize it for each client. For example, some of my clients don't integrate the payroll, but I just use Ease for employee benefits. These "a la carte" services make it much more flexible for my clients' needs. For the price, you can't beat the ease of Ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

A global rates paste function would be convenient. Having to enter the rates into each plan can be time consuming, but that's what cut and paste is for... Still, any way to streamline my workflow is always a boon, and a global paste function would make a difference. Honestly, there's not much to dislike! I find it very intuitive. Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Get the software. It's well worth the investment for the time you will save, and your business will increase because your clients will love the interface and be impressed by the fluidity and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incomplete information on employee applications is now a nonissue. That's a big time saver because people often don't fill out the forms correctly. I've spoken to many brokers, and incorrect application completion is one of the biggest pet peeves. Since an employee can't advance without completing every field, I never have to take the time to go back and ask for more information. So useful! Also, the auto fill features save me a ton of time. I don't have to squint to try and decipher what someone's scrawling handwriting says. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
