What do you like best about Ease?

The ACA Module for EASE is user-friendly and the tools for learning are explicit. Having to create these forms manually over the past few years I can really appreciate this resource. I was able to process a group of 400 forms in a day! Thank you EASE for continually offering more to your broker partners!! I like the 20-minute broker meetings, Video tools as I am an audio learner. What do you dislike about Ease?

The hold time and the billing department has yet to get back to me on two questioned asked over two weeks ago. My client needs to understand billing. I can not explain to him if i do not understand them myself. Broker meetings should be longer for important year-end issues and integration. 20 minutes is barely touching the surface, but understandable considering how many partners you have. This it is not directly connected with the provider. Like if an employee leaves the company and we cancel, we need to manually take benefits out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is a little difficult to figure out bi-weekly FSA and HSA contributions for new hires who start in the middle of a benefit year Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
