All the benefits are in one place. The eligibility date and how much is deducted out of each paycheck I have never used any other competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the to do list is only for my broker If there was a To Do list for administrator and To Do list for broker

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease has been very easy to work with and being able to schedule one-on-ones with our rep is so helpful. The software is also user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

My request is that more forms for all carriers in the group AND individual market be available. With the ICHRA, individual products are becoming more important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease shifts the enrollment process from the HR director to the employee. Employees get more involved when they are responsible for their elections. Seeing the exact prices is a huge help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How long it has taken to get the file feeds to work from EASE to carriers. In our case the file feeds have not worked since january. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
