What do you like best about Ease?

Ease makes enrollment easy and lays out everything for our employees perfectly. The initial implementation was a breeze with little effort on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Sometimes it takes a long time to get an email response from customer service. Turn around time should be 12 hours or by the next business day and not 48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Integrations with companies make it helpful for Open Enrollment Management. Setting up notifications for changes is very quick and painless, making it harder to make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

EASE does not integrate 360 with many companies still. It would make life much easier if more 401K Retirement integrations could take place, as well as more integrations with other well-established platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not a full -HRIS - so functionality is not going to be as complete, but having a feature to edit/insert more fields would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
