What do you like best about Ease?

The system is secure, user friendly and very easy to navigate. It retains my clients' information electronically so this makes it simple and easy to access their information when I need to find specific information on clients' plans or information on specific employees. It has improved my efficiency significantly and it offers a service to my clients that many of my competitors do not offer. Employee enrollment is simplified and avoids errors. Recently I sent the enrollment link to a new employee of a client and she replied with an email that said "this has to have been the easiest enrollment I've ever done". That comment alone justified my investment in EASE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I would prefer that EASE was linked to more of the insurance companies I use. Right now only 1 of my insurance companies are linked to EASE. It would be a real time-saver for me, if more companies were linked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Ease can really simply the administration of your employee benefit plan and it makes information you need on a daily basis just a click away. It can definitely improve your productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to offer state-of-the-art technology and reduce the need for paper for my clients and for me. I'm able to provide benefit information to employees electronically, including the Summary of Benefits and Coverage which is required by the ACA to be distributed annually to employees.
