What do you like best about Ease?

It gives all my small group clients the ability to have a Ben Admin system and the feel of a larger company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Some of the limitations of plan designs and contributions. There are work around options which helps. Generally I give the system an A+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Before Ease, we had to complete four different enrollment forms asking for a lot of the same information. Now it's a sap for new hires and during open enrollment for our employees to select their benefits. And as the administrator, I don't have to waste time entering additions and changes throughout the year, which I love! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The only issue I have had is with the connections to our carriers. This process has taken longer than expected, but Ease is working hard to make this happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have 3 different benefit providers so enrollments for all three used to be cumbersome leaving us susceptible to errors and regulatory mishaps. EASE has fixed all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
