Ease has been an incredible site for the company and our employees to use, very easy and accessible. The contacts we work with have been extremely helpful and very well versed with the Ease portal. Ease makes changes to the portal frequently. It's not based on a schedule, which is good and bad. They have the flexibility to roll out changes quickly but they don't email brokers/clients to tell us that something is changing. More often than not, we find the change in the system after it has already occurred. They post articles in Ease Support but you have to find them yourself.

The system only shows you current demographics and benefits. To see employee history, you have to run a report. It makes it more challenging to research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
