What do you like best about Ease?

It is very user-friendly for employees. It clearly shows you what your deductions will be and provides the summary plan descriptions needed to make elections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Made enrollment easy and accessible by being online and having a basic interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Life Insurance was a bit difficult to navigate. Still showing employees "pending" that signed up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to have new employee forms be more easily downloadable in PDF format to put in their files so I don't have to ask for them twice. I'd like if the 401(k) info. could be added and more items were integrated with providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
