Employers and Employees both find this system incredibly easy to use, and love the software format. I have had clients of more than 100 employees get introduced to the system completely remotely, and with no direct in-person (pre-COVID) meetings with employees. The enrollments went off without a hitch, and the voluntary product enrollments actually increased! Very impressive, intuitive and easy to use. It doesn't even matter if a certain carrier is not directly integrated [yet], the system fills out carrier forms during the employee enrollment process -AND puts the ACTUAL employee signature on the form, directly in the system without any other hardware needed; use whatever device can touch the modern internet.
Also, the friendly helpful support from the Ease mothership in Nevada is always a huge plus when I run into a situation that I cannot iron out myself (which is not often, this system is truly unique). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need more HR functionality to compete with other platforms like Rippling and PayEntry. I wish there were easier avenues for API connectivity with other HR Solutions and Payroll Vendors.
There really is no good solution for direct integration with payroll providers. ADP, Heartland, & Paylocity will eventually try to take your client's insurance business away from you in one way or another.

Very time consuming for account manager to have to do so many manual steps. ADP is not integrated with Ease, so there are two different platforms to log in. Makes no sense why they wouldn't be the same portal. Please integrate the Ease platform with the ADP login (myadp.com) so staff can log in all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Ease could send automatic notifications to employees once they are eligible for enrollment based on their hire date rather than me having to do it manually. That would be amazing. As a benefits administrator, the urgency for things to be completed when if I "process" the paperwork I can't access most of it again unless I go back to the employee's profile. Makes it a little more complicated from the admin standpoint.
