What do you like best about Ease?

Employers and Employees both find this system incredibly easy to use, and love the software format. I have had clients of more than 100 employees get introduced to the system completely remotely, and with no direct in-person (pre-COVID) meetings with employees. The enrollments went off without a hitch, and the voluntary product enrollments actually increased! Very impressive, intuitive and easy to use. It doesn't even matter if a certain carrier is not directly integrated [yet], the system fills out carrier forms during the employee enrollment process -AND puts the ACTUAL employee signature on the form, directly in the system without any other hardware needed; use whatever device can touch the modern internet.

Also, the friendly helpful support from the Ease mothership in Nevada is always a huge plus when I run into a situation that I cannot iron out myself (which is not often, this system is truly unique). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Need more HR functionality to compete with other platforms like Rippling and PayEntry. I wish there were easier avenues for API connectivity with other HR Solutions and Payroll Vendors.

There really is no good solution for direct integration with payroll providers. ADP, Heartland, & Paylocity will eventually try to take your client's insurance business away from you in one way or another.

We need an open API format for regional payroll providers that use systems like Thomson Reuters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

First time users should take advantage of the extra initial training and support directly from their support staff. They will even setup your first group for you, and walk you through the process! LOVE EASE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Increased connectivity between employees, their employers, and the professionals that serve them. We help eliminate the need for PEOs, and drive mobile administration easily into the hands of the users.

Partnering with non-traditional organization types is much easier with Ease in your toolbox. This product and license structure can help you create revenue streams for not only yourself, but for other professionals that work directly with your same clients. Come together and prosper!

Not only can I service with more clients on my own with this product, I have created an easy open path for other professional in the industry to easily implement this program and introduce easier and more cost efficient ways of doing business with their current clients. What do you dislike about Ease?

Very time consuming for account manager to have to do so many manual steps. ADP is not integrated with Ease, so there are two different platforms to log in. Makes no sense why they wouldn't be the same portal. Please integrate the Ease platform with the ADP login (myadp.com) so staff can log in all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

It makes things so simple for employees to enroll. It answers all their questions and takes a lot of the annoying, grueling legwork of enrollment off my plate! As an HR professional - it is a god-send! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I wish Ease could send automatic notifications to employees once they are eligible for enrollment based on their hire date rather than me having to do it manually. That would be amazing. What do you like best about Ease?

Simple, quick, easy to follow. Employees like to use it. Makes it simple when I am looking for specific documents rather than having to go to multiple websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

As a benefits administrator, the urgency for things to be completed when if I "process" the paperwork I can't access most of it again unless I go back to the employee's profile. Makes it a little more complicated from the admin standpoint. And I hate the URGENT for processing changes, makes me feel like I am behind on something when I probably just added an employee's profile to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
