The system is Easy to use and maneuver. Feedback for new hires and during open enrollment time, the employees are surprised at how easy it is to complete their enrollment / waivers. When there are 2 renewal dates for different carriers, the system doesnt show the carriers ate the same time. The employees have to log in 2 times to waive or enroll for each carrier offered.
