The simplicity of it all. Each employee can complete their benefits package without my then need to input the information into each supplier's website. No employees reported any problems. After having to use other sites like Rippling and Namely I have a deep appreciation for how easy it is to set up, manage, and close out open enrollments. The ability to go in as the employee and mapping them over is quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
