What do you like best about Ease?

I love that we can just add employees and Ease does the rest of the work for us and we don't have to set up meetings and it saves me a tremendous amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only difficult thing about Ease is adding our employee's initially but that's just because our payroll isn't connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

All of our HR information including benefits are in one place. This allows us to have employees sign up for medical and other benefits in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of notifications that I get as an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We'll be able to have our employees apply for medical insurance programs during the renewal period all in one place and since we're working with employees now on getting familiar with Ease, renewal will be so much easier. What do you like best about Ease?

Ease has taken the pressure to coordinate our benefits off of admin staff. Employees can access what they need, when they need. It's clear and simple to use. It has everything we need to manage our benefits without gimmicky features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The only downside we’ve seen so far was a glitch in the system that allowed an employee to sign up for an HSA despite not having the right health plan. We caught it and haven't seen anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
