What do you like best about Ease?

The step by step progress for enrolling in benefits makes it very clear on what an employee is getting. There is no need to look for all the necessary documents or try to figure out the total because it is displayed there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

There were some issues with setting up different brackets for types of employees, but once we figured it out it there weren't additional issues so far. We also saw that many employees were prompted to log in rather than sign up their account. They had to "forget their password" and reset it in order to make their account. What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending benefits enrollment information, forms, and tracking progress. The tracker is great and the automated reminders will be very helpful as our deadline draws closer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I find that being able to see a breakdown for each type of coverage along with files with detailed info on what is covered can be very helpful for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I dislike that sometimes when I am having trouble logging in or need to reset my password, the reset email or link takes awhile to show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is a very intuitive system. Even those that are less tech-savvy can navigate through the enrollment process and determine how to make their elections or waive coverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Qualifying events are a little complicated in the process and also it doesn't automatically require them to upload proof of the qualifying event so I often have to go back to the individuals and ask them to provide the documentation that is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes enrolling new hires easier, as well as the termination process. I also like that it auto-connects to the carrier on the ancillary side, so the eligibility does not have to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The platform is fairly intuitive & easy to navigate around to accomplish many/all HR tasks. Hiring/terminating is easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You cannot enter dates W/O slashes/dashes, it's honestly a pain. Also, there is no google address verification to ensure accuracy, causing returned mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I like that ease can be customized and takes employees through their benefits options in a straightforward way. I really like that plan options can be compared side-by-side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The administration side has room for improvement. I always struggle to find where to click to terminate coverage when an employee's employment ends. I would like to be able to block fields we do not use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease makes our Open Enrollment process so much easier. Employees can compare options side by side, and they can be made to choose or decline coverage. We can easily share benefits information with our 100+ employees who are spread over 12 states. We can even include links to the carrier websites and customized company data. What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is not only easy to use, but it's easy to explain to employees and walk them through. Even non-tech-savvy users are able to understand what I'm showing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is occasionally difficult to integrate voluntary benefits. This is likely due more to the provider than Ease itself, and ease does a good job of trying to work with them despite these challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
