What do you like best about Ease?

I love the convenience of Ease for my client, their employee's and for myself. It makes enrolling so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

That the EDI feed to carriers like Guardian gets messed up and we have constant problems with those enrollments. I wish all EDI feeds went through correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Being able to offer a benefit admin site to our clients that doesn't break the bank. Love that the employee experience is great for almost 100% positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found it extremely easy to use. After some excellent Ease training, I found it very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a more direct connection with some health insurance carriers we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Easy for me to enter their initial information;

Relatively easy for the employees to enter their information.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Does not tell me when an employee has completed their enrollment.

Right now, cannot transfer the information to our benefits vendors...ie. Premier Access, VSP, and costs to do so with Blue Shield Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The ease of managing staff and benefits make this a great site to use as admin. I can enter new staff and terminate. There is also a lot of detail about employment that can go here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

It does seem to handle 401K enrollment to some degree but I don't think our service provide for 401K is on here and since 401K is somewhat detailed and multipart, it might not be a great fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease solves the onboarding problem rather well. Having all the employee info and options in one place and having my agents with access really makes my annual benefits renewal so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm sure this has to do with security and privacy, but the having the login after such a short time of inactivity is a bit of annoyance but manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

From an HR perspective, anything that eliminates manual processes and improves efficiency, accuracy and employee experience is a win. I especially appreciate the HRIS Paylocity and Ease 360 integration and that our broker can assist on the backend with employee changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
