Ease has proven to be very easy to utilize. The import system provides a seamless transition from my HRIS system to add in new hires and prepare for a new year's Open Enrollment. That it shows me what my current plans are, and I am able to read all the documents on the plans and click on live links and not lose my place, able to see what the cost will be by pay period and run compensation statements for the entire company, ease of adding employees and terming employees in the program. I wish you could have added 401k Employer Match and Employee 401k contribution into it so it will show up in the statement.

When trying to be proactive and terminate an employee whose resignation date is in the following month, Ease still wants to terminate coverage in the month resignation was given instead of the last date of employment.

In Ease, building a new group and processing an annual renewal is much easier than other ben admin systems. Updating rates is also user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Making enrollment changes for plans that have closed is complicated. Ease currently has no option to update a plan with a specific date. All changes are applied to the entire plan year. Need more vendor connections to compete with Employee Navigator Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
