The person who did my demo and completed the sale is my account manager (the same person). It doesn't seem like there's a difference between sales or having a CSM, which concerns me. While corporately we've moved to a different tool, Socialbakers was great for what we needed at the time. It was super easy to schedule posts, optimize posting times, create listening channels, and respond to posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could be tricky to sort out the responses to social media posts. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, it's still a great tool. Just some days you'd face a wall of text if a few posts had lots of engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
