Our HR Admins are very frustrated with EMPTrust's backend user interface. The navigation of the backend is not intuitive, and behavior is inconsistent. It is always a guessing game of how to find a feature to edit. It feels like different teams or programmers created different sections of the backend UI and then it was all hobbled together, with some parts looking and behaving differently than others. Minimal time to start an employee which has sped up our process, and the onboarding system is fairly easy to track if you have your pages set up correctly. It can be a little difficult to see what the setup should be at first so try different things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked EMP Trust's ability to move paperwork online, and the support offered throughout the process. Our rep was there for every stage of the implementation to offer support and guidance, they were able to make customizations there it was appropriate. I like the easiness of being able to send new employees electronic paperwork. The system ensures that all paperwork is filled out correctly and saves time that I would typically have to use following up with someone for the correct information. My account manager has also been very good with responding to me with any questions. She did a great job in coaching me throught the implementation phase of the platform. EMP Trust has proven to be a large value add for our company. The value is incredible. Replacing a distributed workforce's onboarding solution is no small task and they helped us the whole way. To say we were "picky" would have been an understatement. They helped us integrate all our current vendors together and continue to help us connect and move our data. We never have to update tax forms anymore, it's just done for us, automatically which is a huge timesaver when you work in a bunch of states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we were able to integrate this solution with our current ATS. It also has a great reporting capability, which is a great improvement from our previous solution. The EMptrust Portal could be more seamless. It can take a bit to get used to navigating back and forth. You also have to be on the right page in order to perform an action on a new hire's record. This makes the system a bit hard to navigate. An option to search for new hire and have a quick update view to see where they are in the process will help eliminate this.
