"Best self service portal for employees"

What do you like best about Emgage HR?

Self service portal for employees. We can easily maintain our documents at one place. Employees cab modify and correct their attendances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emgage HR?

Login is very easy we just have to mention company id and then our id password and we can see our pay slips and our documents and login hours very effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emgage HR?

It's take too much time to login that's only thing which irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emgage HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can see any request comming up and also it has notification features available, if someone apply for anything then we will get notified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Emgage is one of the best HRMS portals for a Company"

What do you like best about Emgage HR?

It shows all the details that an employee eeds to know about login logout time, leave or half day, other details like profile, documents to be submitted to hr, TDS details, other employees work anniversary or birthdays and HR can give any holiday related updates or any communication that needs to be broadcasted amongst all the employees ca. Be done here, we can keep track or employee break timings and working hours. Helps to generate reports.

It's is available on desktop as well as on mobile app which makes user experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emgage HR?

It doesn't calculate in and out time or breaktime very effectively, many times it's doesn't captures the in time or out time as it is linked to face recognition cam in the entry door. There is no option to bifergate in the teamwise logins for each team leads so if some needs to get admin access he will be able to view the entire data of all employees, Also password reset process or authentication is not that secure, due to which anyone can reset or view your details which creates conflicts amongst employees, many employee checks other employe's salaries and that affects the environment in the team. What problems is Emgage HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives me privilege to upload the documents that needs to give to HR and you can always see what is on your account and no need to go to HR every now and then, also it has salary slips every month and you don't need to ask HR for that so it reduces both HR and Employees headache.
