One of the things that I like the most about this platform is the design of its interface, it is so easy to use and simple that it makes the user experience fantastic. With this tool I have been able to maintain control and order of all the expenses of my team and myself without any problem, the best of all is that I can make expenses and register them automatically no matter where I am. Abacus is efficient that I can do everything quickly and easily, the best thing is that I forget about papers and photographs loaded with other tools since it includes everything. I mainly use this tool when we are traveling and due to the amount of expenses that occur in the maintenance management, it is perfect to generate reimbursements and keep a better control of each expense. This tool has it all, there is nothing that I don't like, there are some details that can be improved but that don't affect the results or the handling of the tool, for example the design, it could be a little more updated or maybe have a function that allows configuring some expenses or records as most used. Easy to submit expense reports and managers get notifications when expenses are ready to approve. Fairly straightforward to use as an administrator. Integrates with Sage Intacct. 1. Recently stopped differentiating between corporate card spend and personal card spend needing reimbursement. This is more complicated when we are pulling reports to figure out who is using the corporate cards vs. personal cards.
2. When someone leaves the company, their unapproved expenses just hang out in limbo. If an approver leaves, the expenses they were assigned to approve stay unapproved until their employees are reassigned to another approver. The Emburse Abacus is easy to use for creating and submitting the expense reports on daily basis .All the data reports are generated on real time basis which I can easily import and export Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
