It is a handy platform, it is straightforward to use, it has an elegant design, the interface is very intuitive and straightforward to make expense reports and send receipts, it is easy and fast to load expense receipts, you really can link cards It is the perfect platform for expenses and trips of our employees, it has an excellent mobile application, it allows me to carry out the management from anywhere and in a very comfortable way, it was handy to approve expenses, transfers and reimbursements are fast and direct. Easy to submit expense reports and managers get notifications when expenses are ready to approve. Fairly straightforward to use as an administrator. Integrates with Sage Intacct. 1. Recently stopped differentiating between corporate card spend and personal card spend needing reimbursement. This is more complicated when we are pulling reports to figure out who is using the corporate cards vs. personal cards.
2. When someone leaves the company, their unapproved expenses just hang out in limbo. If an approver leaves, the expenses they were assigned to approve stay unapproved until their employees are reassigned to another approver. The Emburse Abacus is easy to use for creating and submitting the expense reports on daily basis .All the data reports are generated on real time basis which I can easily import and export Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
