No comments, I have no negative experience using Certify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certify Expense has allowed us to fully streamline our expense procedures. Gone are the days of cumbersome templates and spreadsheets for tracking. With real-time credit card integration as well, tracking corporate expenditures is now a breeze. Support from implementation to deployment was excellent and now I spend less time reviewing mine and my team's expenses than ever before. A major efficiency gain for our organization. No obvious negatives are present. However, moving from an on-premise process to a cloud based solution does increase some Cyber Risk, however this is negligable with the correct training and protocols. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work for a private school, and you wouldn't believe the complexities that come with its expense tracking, especially those charged on credit cards. Before utilizing Certify Expense, we were tracking credit card expenses via Google Sheets. With nearly 50 cardholders that span multiple departments and disciplines, and one person overseeing them (me), it was hell to track everyone's charges in a timely manner. We implemented Certify Expense, and what once took two hellacious weeks out of my month, has now been reduced to roughly two to three days! The software is user-friendly, and you could easily teach an elementary student how to use it succesfully. It's such a streamlined system that makes tracking so much easier for me. I personally love that I've been able to assign managers to approve expenses, as this provides more oversight and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email functions need improvement. As an accountant and admin, I'm unable to send messages to cardholders and managers (from my approval screen). Additionally, when sending email, there should be the capability to select specific users, not groups of users only. As well, there should be line breaks in messages for cleaner looking output to recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Emailing the receipts and the auto population of fields is super handy for quickly reviewing expense reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
