Alex and the Team went above and beyond to get my website set up. I run Amp on both the mobile and the web side which does not allow any sort of js code in the body. Some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. Easy to implement on our websites. Easy to monitor our review sources. For the most part, it is a "set it and forget it" tool. Embed have a great product. It's also much better value than my previous supplier. The best part was the onboarding experience. The product is amazing, but the team behind this SaaS is even better. They are real people who listen to your suggestions, jump on a zoom, and if your feature requests make sense for all of their users, they will implement it in days. As for the software, it is really easy to create the perfect looking widget for my clients.

Our company has been using EmbedSocial for a couple of years now to embed Google Reviews on our site. Occasionally I have questions about what the product can do, how to set certain things up and so much else and their online support has been outstanding. Maybe there are other aspects of EmbedSocial that might not be as easy to use and get support for as we only use it to display Google Reviews on our site - so I can't speak for the entire product. I've needed a little help loading all 42 store reviews to their respective web pages and Laze and his team have been incredible - there to help every step of the way. And the way the reviews look on my site gives it instant credibility. I have tried other providers but none have been able to do what EmbedReviews can do. Love the options for the look and feel of the reviews as they appear on the site. And they offer a discount for paying for a year in advance - absolutely doing this!

I love the layout of EmbedReviews. Very clean, very simple. That's power. Aswell as it collects all the reviews from different platforms and stream it very nice on your webpage.
